Applications for the University of Cambridge Sutton Trust Summer School will/have closed on Thursday 12 February at midday because of the piloting of a new timeline to strengthen future student support. This pilot will provide applicants to the University of Cambridge’s Summer School with enhanced information, advice, and guidance about attending their Summer School and what it will entail. Students will be able to make a more informed decision about whether the residential is for them. If a student has applied to the University of Cambridge and decides to change their course/university application, they can do this up to Thursday 5 March 2026.

Although this earlier closure applies only to the University of Cambridge and not to other partner universities, students applying elsewhere will continue to receive extensive support. Students can also refer to the Sutton Trust webinars, which offers guidance on choosing the most suitable summer school highlighting the wider Trust’s support for applicants.
