General Programme Eligibility

Eligibility questions that apply to all our programmes

  • I attended an International School outside of the UK, can I still apply?
  • I am a refugee/asylum seeker and attend a fee-paying/private school. Can I still apply?
  • I am not in Year 12. Can I still apply.
  • I took my GCSEs and/or A-Levels in another country. Can I still apply?
  • One or both of my parents attended university outside of the UK. Am I a first generation student?
  • One or both of my parents studied as a part-time/mature student. Am I a first-generation student?
  • How do I know if I qualify for the neighbourhood criteria?
  • I don’t currently claim Free School Meals, but I did previously. Would I fulfil that criterion?
  • What should I do if I was eligible for Free School Meals but never claimed them?
  • Am I considered first generation if my older sibling went to university?
